Apply for a wholesale account
We sell business-to-business only. To open an account, email us the following and we will respond with pricing and availability for the categories you sell in:
- Business legal name and trade name, if different
- Business address and phone number
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- A copy of your resale / sales tax exemption certificate
- Your marketplace or store name, if you sell online
- The product categories you are interested in
- Approximate monthly order volume
Attachments can be sent as PDF or image files. We review submitted documentation and follow up by email.

Do you sell to individuals or the general public?
No. Nations Wholesale LLC is a business-to-business distributor. A valid business registration and resale certificate are required to open an account.
How long does account approval take?
We review each application as it arrives and reply by email once your documentation has been checked. If anything is missing, we will tell you exactly what we still need.
Can you send a full price list before I apply?
Pricing is quoted per account and depends on category and quantity, so we share the current list once an account is open or an application is under review.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can ship from our warehouse to Amazon fulfillment centers, to your prep center, or to your own facility.
